1. Who you are contracting with

NiNi (“the Service”) is provided by Jaepark Rhee, an individual seller trading as NiNi (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with Jaepark Rhee. You can reach us at support@nini.study.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

3. What the Service does

NiNi helps researchers explore a topic, map competing arguments, surface research opportunities and draft proposal text with the help of AI models. Outputs are research aids, not verified fact and not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, citations and claims before relying on or publishing any output.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, penetration attempts, automated scraping or circumventing usage limits;
• generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
• attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

6. AI inputs and outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, documents and material you submit, and you confirm you have the rights to submit them. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including verifying accuracy and originality before submission or publication. As between you and us, you retain rights in your inputs and may use the outputs generated for your account; you grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the Service. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without expert oversight. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content, and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse. Rights holders can raise a takedown request at support@nini.study; we act on valid requests and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payment, billing and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewals, cancellation and tax mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and disputes are subject to the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
