Cancelling and refunds

NiNi is sold by Jaepark Rhee. One complete research proposal costs $20 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The purchased run is usable for 12 months. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

A single run that has been used is not refundable. If you were charged for a single run you have not used at all, or charged twice by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. Everything you produced stays readable and downloadable afterwards.

A generation that fails, times out, or never produces a result is never counted. A run that stops midway resumes from the failed step at no extra cost.

Research topics, Proposal Exports and bundles bought under earlier plans are still covered by the earlier terms: unused units are refundable within 30 days of that purchase, used units are not.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns.

• Sign in and open your dashboard, where each purchase shows its exact refundable amount and a refund button, or
• Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
• email us at hello@nini.phd and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

When you ask, we tell you the exact refundable amount for your purchase before it is processed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days.
